Work packet 4 composed of Şile Control Centre, Yeşilvadi Transition and Conveyance Tunnels.
The total length of the tunnel of the 4th work packet approximately is 12 km, 84% of which has
been completed. 5,454 m length conduit work of work packet 4 started. Phase 1 of Istanbul
Melen Project to convey water from Melen stream to Istanbul is aimed to be completed in 2011.
In the scope of Phase I of Yesilcay and Melen System, 235 km pipe line diameters of which are
3m and 2,5m are being laid down. The greatest treated water pumping station in Europe is under
